Welcome to FIRSTawards.org!

This year, the FIRSTawards website will be used for regional submissions for the Website Award, Woodie Flowers Award, Chairman's Award and Hall of Fame submission.

Please take the time to read the Awards Section of the FRC manual. One student, or a small group of students from each team will complete their submission via this user-friendly web interface. The Woodie Flowers Award and Chairman's Award submissions will be judged at the event of your choice if you are registered for more than one regional event.

This website is also used by FIRST judges and evaluators. If you are a judge or evaluator for any of these awards, please login to proceed.

We suggest you use the FireFox browser or IE5+ to use this site. The AOL Browser may have problems accessing some of the site.

How do I sign up to make an award submission?

  1. Register. We ask you please that you only create one account per team. Multiple accounts will be checked and deleted if necessary.
  2. Login. You will receive a welcome e-mail with your username and the password you entered at registration. Use it to log into the site and begin entering your nominations.
  3. Select Regional. On the home page, you should choose which regional to submit your awards to.
  4. For the Woodie Flowers Award:
    • Enter Candidate Info
    • Your Info
    • References
    • Essay (600 words or less)
    • Images (you may upload up to 6 images or 1MB)
    • Review all material.
    • Submit!
  5. For the Chairman's Award and Hall of Fame entries:
    • Confirm Team Information
    • Complete Executive Summary
    • Essay (10,000 characters or less)
    • Images (you may upload up to 4 images or 1MB)
    • Review all material.
    • Submit!
  6. For the Website Award:
    • Enter the correct URL.
    • Confirm the URL.
    • Submit!
Once you submit your information you will only be able to see it in a read-only format.
You will not be able to change any info once you send in the final submission so please review before submitting.
Woodie Flowers Award, Chairman's Award and Hall of Fame submissions will be made final on February 21, 2008 11:59:59 PM EST.
Website Award entries must be submitted by February 14, 2008 11:59:59 PM EST.
