The FIRSTawards website is where teams make submissions for the Website Award, Woodie Flowers Award, and Chairman's Award. It is also where Judges can view and evaluate team submissions.

Please take the time to read about the awards before making your submission. The Woodie Flowers Award and Chairman's Award submissions will be judged at the event of your choice if you are registered for more than one regional event.

We suggest you use the FireFox browser or IE5+ to use this site. The AOL Browser may have problems accessing some of the site.

1. Register. We ask that you only create one account per team. Multiple accounts will be deleted if necessary.
2. Login. After you register, you will receive a welcome e-mail with your username and the password you entered at registration. Use this password to log into the site.
3. Select Regional. On the home page, choose the regional where you want your awards to be judged.
4. Note: The Woodie Flowers Award and Chairman's Award will both be judged at the same event, so make sure you have chosen the correct event before making your submissions!
5. For the Woodie Flowers Award:
   • Enter Candidate Info
   • Enter Your Info
   • Enter References
   • Enter Essay (600 words or less)
   • Upload Images (you may upload up to 6 images or 1MB)
   • Review all material.
   • Submit!
6. For the Chairman's Award entries:
   • Confirm Team Information
   • Complete Executive Summary
   • Enter Essay (10,000 characters or less)
   • Upload Images (you may upload up to 4 images or 1MB)
   • Review all material.
   • Submit!
7. For the Website Award:
   • Enter the correct URL.
   • Confirm the URL.
   • Submit!

Once you submit your information you will only be able to see it in a read-only format.
You will not be able to change any info once you send in the final submission so please review before submitting.
Woodie Flowers Award and Chairman's Award submissions will be made final on February 19, 2009 11:59:59 PM EST.
Website Award entries must be submitted by February 12, 2009 11:59:59 PM EST.
